TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Services Provided: Pressure Washing, Kitchen Hood Cleaning, Janitorial Cleaning, Ground Maintenance, Window Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Marble Polishing, Floor Stripping and Waxing & Carpet Cleaning.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from SJA GUAM (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all services provided and supersede any prior written or verbal agreements unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Service Scope and Performance

Services will be rendered according to the scope agreed upon in writing (via invoice, proposal, or service agreement). The Company reserves the right to assess the site before service and make recommendations or changes based on safety, access, or environmental conditions.

3. Access Requirements

The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property during the scheduled service time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees or rescheduling delays.

4. Service Guarantee

We aim for the highest standards of service quality. If you are not satisfied with the results, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For commercial or recurring accounts, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to a 5% late fee per billing cycle.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash

  • Check

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Online Payment (if available)

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 25% of the quoted service cost.

7. Liability & Damages

While our team takes great care during service, SJA GUAM is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages or stains

  • Issues caused by poor material integrity (e.g., cracked tiles, loose paint, unsecured fixtures)

  • Damage due to improper building maintenance
    Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

8. Health and Safety

Our staff follow strict safety and hygiene protocols. Clients must ensure that the work area is free of hazards, pets, or obstructions. If unsafe conditions are present, service may be postponed or refused at our discretion.

9. Environmental Conditions

Outdoor services (e.g., pressure washing or ground maintenance) are subject to weather conditions. In the event of rain, strong wind, or unsafe environmental factors, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

10. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of all clients. Any information shared with us for the purposes of service delivery will be kept confidential and used only for operational or billing purposes.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, abuse of staff, or repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Territory of Guam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
